Enrolment in Mackenzie’s Mission has now closed
Mackenzie’s Mission investigated the best way to provide reproductive genetic carrier screening as a national program in Australia. To achieve this, we recruited participants in targeted regions to reflect the distribution of the Australian population, and current practice for pre-pregnancy and pregnancy care.
Participant recruitment for the study closed in March 2022 and we expect the outcomes of the study to be published in 2023.
